This is the current model for considering artists for the Trinity Spotlight Concert Series:

We are most interested in booking creative and thought provoking singer-songwriter artists/bands who perform original material, and who's music appeals to all ages. While many of the artists we book are influenced by a Christian worldview, not all of them are.

The artists must be established and be able to draw an audience. They must be able to communicate with the audience, sharing stories about their music career and songs they have written. The show must be family friendly. We do not accept single acts, unless they bring backup support, or are part of a collaborative group of singer-songwriters sharing the stage.

Currently, the volunteer organizers of the series only book artists that they have seen perform live (elsewhere) and deem appropriate for the Spotlight series and Trinity Presbyterian Church.

The Spotlight Concert series will create press releases with the assistance of the artist, and advertise the event on social media sites, event listing websites, in magazines, and in newspapers. Performers are paid a generously large percentage of the free will offering received, minus all advertising expenses and operations costs. Though we do our best to bring attendees to your show, the true success of your concert rests on your promotional efforts, your followers attending, and the audience participating in the free will offering.

If you are just starting our and have not developed a fan base or enough material to be a headline act, you may be interested in the Open Mics venues in the area.

We book Saturday evening shows which begin at 7pm with the doors opening at 6:30pm. We prefer two 45 minute sets with a brief 15-20 minute intermission. Merchandise can be sold during the intermission and after the show. We cannot support concerts on Friday evenings.

The Spotlight Concert series has a sound system that supports mostly acoustic groups, run by volunteers.
