COVID-19 SAFETY POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
Updated: 10/06/21
Rules & Requirements for All Spotlight Concert Attendees:
Proof of Vaccination: Everyone entering the sanctuary for our concerts must provide Proof of your COVID-19 Vaccination status (vaccination card or clear digital photograph of your card with a matching ID card), showing you were fully vaccinated at least two weeks in advance of the day of show.
Face Coverings: To align with evolving public health directives and for the safety of all patrons, regardless of vaccination status, will be required to wear masks in all areas of the Church. Attendees should bring their own masks. Wearing a mask over your nose and mouth is required at all times while inside the Church during the event. Attendees must follow all visual and verbal guidance from the event staff.
It’s awkward. We get it. Our event volunteers will be keeping a friendly eye out, and we kindly ask you to comply with their verbal and physical cues when it comes to wearing a mask. We can do hard things, including wearing a mask AND having fun at the same time.
Re-entry is allowed and all guests are welcome to step outside during intermission to get fresh air and remove masks.
Sanitizing Stations: Concert attendees will have access to various hand sanitizing stations that will be located throughout the church.
Social Distancing: Please respect the safety of others and try to adhere to a rule of 3 feet between yourself and people you do not know or are not part of your trusted "Pod" of friends.
COVID-19 WARNING: Trinity Presbyterian Church of Berwyn has taken enhanced measures to protect the health and safety of our guests. There remains, however, an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any place where people gather. COVID-19 and the Delta variant is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. By entering our sanctuary venue, you voluntarily assume all risks, hazards, and dangers arising from or relating in any way to the risk of exposure to COVID-19 or any other disease, illness, bacteria, virus or other pathogen, capable of causing a communicable disease or illness, whether occurring before, during, or after the event. You voluntarily waive all claims and potential claims relating to such exposure against event organizers, agents, artists, participants, including Trinity Presbyterian Church of Berwyn relating to such risks, and agree to release, discharge and not bring suit against such entities arising from or relating to such exposure.
Attendees understand that anyone who violates any law, ordinance, or Spotlight Series regulations may be ejected from the event.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to bring proof of vaccination?
YES. Proof of Vaccination is required to attend the event. You may use any of the following: A digital OR physical copy of your COVID-19 Vaccination Card along with a government issued ID that matches the name on the vaccination card.
Why have these restrictions been implemented?
The Delta Variant of COVID-19 is the predominant strain making its way through our country, and it’s still relatively new. We don’t know everything yet, but we’re making the most informed decision we can to ensure we make the Spotlight Concert Series as safe as possible and to keep shows happening.
